The Exercise Diaries – Week 8

I have a secret to share with you. I’ve been posting videos of my face on YouTube. Well, videos of my face talking, that is. Like everyone else, I made a New Year’s Resolution to lose weight and gain health in the new year. In January, I began vlogging about my journey, but I really had no desire to share them with the world.

It’s nearing the end of February and I think I’m ready to share. Here’s the thing: I know there are hoards of women (and men) who can relate to my 50-pound mid-life weight gain. We want to lose the weight AND we want to have our cake and eat it too. Hence, the seemingly never-ending journey to lose that pesky layer of puff.

I’m here to tell you, you are not alone. How about we take this journey together?
